Si-Click
Si-Click – Copper-free Click Chemistry
Strain-promoted azide-alkyne cycloaddition (SPAAC) chemistry is now available to site-specifically and non-invasively modifying proteins in living cells. The strain-promoted or copper-free [2+3] cycloaddition strategy is based on the use of strained cyclooctynes. After “clicking” with an Azide, your protein is fluorescent and you can localize it.

SiChem offers a new artifical amino acid for labelling proteins or bacteria. Two different qualities are available:
For bacteria labelling (95%): SC-8000
For proteine labelling (99.5%): SC-8001
